When God seems not to Answer your Prayers.

I know that feeling you have of having prayed and fasted enough; praised and worshiped enough, sowed seeds and given sacrifices, yet things are not going in the direction you've asked God. You expected by now you should be touching the sky yet, you can barely lift your hands; you should be riding high yet you can barely raise your legs. And you are beginning to wonder what else you need to do. Of course, you have no doubt that there's God but where's He now that you so needed Him? Becomes a question that plague your heart.

You try not to but there's a little bit of anger growing within. You did all you heard the preacher said and what you read in the bible. Infact people are testifying yet you still walk in shame. Now you feel you're at the end of your rope and you know if you don't tie a knot and hold on, you may slip off. Because you know no matter what's going on with you, God is still the best choice. So, there you are struggling to get pass your hurt of an unanswered prayer (s) and also to be of service to God.

You must know then; if God hasn't answered your prayers, there's a reason why He's allowing you go through this process. So, instead of feeling beat down, ask Him what you need to learn. Your productivity determines the level of refinement you will experience. And sit and meditate about all that you've done and ask 'why did I do them?'

- You fasted and prayed because you needed blessings/answers to prayers. Why don't you do that just to commune with God. And pray for someone else or concerning other things laid in your heart.
- You sowed and gave sacrifices because of the harvest. Try doing it just because you love God.
- You praised and worship because its what brings God quickly into your problems while don't you do it because He deserves to be praised.
Yes, why going through the process, learn to be productivity and change your understanding about God. He's God that answers prayers. So tie the knot at the end of the rope and hold on. He's always on time.
Let's go show God love by going into his house of worship today.

While at it, I will plead with us to do something for ourselves. Well, the bible says in Job 42:10, when Job prayed for his friends the Lord turned around his captive. So, dear friends let's make a prayer time for each other. You don't have to know one another before praying. Drop your prayer points and anyone that comes to read and is led can intercede on your behalf just as you can intercede on some else behalf.
My prayer point: may God give me grace to fulfill my destiny and not that of someone else.
What's your prayer point? You know you can comment as anonymous.
Cheers!
