US Shooting: Pastor and Church Members Given the Credits and Hailed as Heroes.

The pastor and church members of the Oasis Tabernacle Church in East Selma, Alabama are being praised as heroes for the act of bravery in wrestling a gun man and subduing him when he opened fire on members in the church. The act of bravery is being commended and all involved are being praised as heroes.

The shooter known to be James Junior Minter, 26 who shoot his girlfriend, his son and the pastor Earl Carswell for trying to intervene on Sunday morning  is presently in police custody. And being held without bond.

The act of bravery saved the lives of many more people that could he have being shot. Minter who was sitting with his girlfriend, who's 24 and son at the front row suddenly pulled out his gun as service was going on and shot her, even when she fell down, he still shot at her and the baby of a month old. Because of the break up and visitation issue he had with her.

The church pastor got shot on the leg when he grabbed Minter. Other members quickly helped in overpowering Minter. He fled the scene after that but was later caught according to police report.

The injured are recuperating steadily and are in good condition.
