Love has a way of adding bright spots to dark shades, keeping one from the harsh reality of what truly might exist. Basically love views things differently from the ordinary eyes. He or she might truly be special but others just cannot see it or he or she is not truly special and you just cannot see it. Either way, love just gives different meaning to things when it fills the heart and blind the eyes.

What to do when you Hate your Job but cannot Quit.

The graaaa graaaaaaaa sound of the alarm slammed Julia with consciousness. She wished she could sleep on for hours, even months and only wake up when she has found another job. One, she will be happy to wake up to do. However, that is not to be because, wishes do not make people rich, find jobs, put food on their table, shelter over their heads and clothes on them. It takes work and some more work until much or greatness is achieved.

The thing about hitting pit bottom is that, you come to realise there is no other way out expect to go up. It doesn’t matter if it is very shallow or deep, wide or narrow, wet or dry, you still can only get out by going up.  You are at your lowest point when you get to the pit bottom. There is no other option left than to get up to the next point and the next point until you are completely at the highest point.

I went to visit a dear friend yesterday and browsing through blogs, we read about the freezing of Davido’s and family members’ bank accounts. This is a man most if not everyone including the aged persons know worked and still working hard for his money. The moment he and family members decided to be on the opposition party, they get accounts frozen.

Overcoming Addiction - The way out.

Overcoming addiction is as difficult as you make it. No matter what you are told to do or how to do it, it still comes to you realising the need to give in or pull out. Do not tell me I have no idea of what I am talking about  as an excuse to ignore this post because that is the easiest thing to do “give excuse” why you cannot  get over it even though it is pulling you down.  So, let me put you at ease.

Sad Reality: Two-Year Old Raped Victim and Mother’s Experience in the Hospital.

I often wonder who gets to be blamed when things like this happens. Now a two year old girl gets raped by the paternal grandfather, that is traumatic enough for the heavily pregnant mother, who rushed the child to the hospital to determine the extent of the damaged. She wasn’t sure if the grandfather had the opportunity to penetrate the girl before he was caught with his fingers inside of her. However, the hospital staff saw the need to compound issues for the family.

My friend is a fashion designer, (if you like say na tailor, na you sabi lol!) and a makeup artist. Basically, she does everything that makes women look beautiful and glamorous. The future isn’t far away as one might think. A fusion of one second to another is what gives you the future, for that which you’ve experienced makes your ‘past’, and that which you’re experiencing makes your ‘present’ and that which you’re yet to experience is your ‘future’. Do you wonder why yesterday has got ‘day’ attached to it and today has also got ‘day’ attached to it too, but that’s not the case with tomorrow? It is a day that’s yet to come, your future. Hence, if tomorrow meets you today, it means you’re still living in yesterday, your past.
