This is a statement released by APC Executives to sensitize the people of Sapele over any falsehood who constitute the exco of the party. This controversy was as a result of the registration of new members in the party by Chief Ede Dafinone and Engr Elvis Ayomanor.
"APC as a political party right from the time of its successful merger has being a party with a well structured political dunamis. It has never being a family business like you claimed. The person of Elvis Ayomanor is an expelled member of APC Sapele,when it was discovered that he is into gross anti-party activities with the PDP, it clearly shows that his primary aim of coming to the APC was to play the role of a distractor. In the
last local Government elections conducted in Sapele on the 25th of October,2014,the leadership of the APC in Sapele under the chairmanship of Chief Lucky Esidje felt it would be wise to give a young person of his calibre, the Chairmanship ticket of the APC Sapele, he however lavish and siphoned the funds given to him for his campaigns hence he lost to the PDP Candidate of Chief (Hon) Ejaiye Odebela. No sooner has he lost an election than he started to play to the gallery and hobnobbing with politicians from the PDP.
Considering his gross misconduct and level of anti-party atrocities he was expelled from APC Sapele by its leadership and executives. This piece of information is to enlighten and educate the good people of Sapele that there is only one legally elected leader of the APC in Sapele which is the person of Chief Lucky Esidje who have being piloting the affairs of the APC in Sapele with a resounding success which was recorded in the House of Assembly elections conducted this year.
Thus I urge everyone to beware of misleading information such as this that a new APC LGA executive has being constituted in Sapele. That is lie from the pit of hell. The State Deputy Chairman of APC in the Person of Dr Cyril Ogodo has being of immense support to the workings of APC in Delta State and is also using his good political will to support the one and only recognized APC Sapele LGA Chairman of Cheif Lucky Esidje. APC Sapele will not tolerate political prostitutes and jobbers who were no where to be found during election days but are now making the noise and circulating rumour of fake leadership. Sapele People shine your eyes be wise and do not be deceived by apostles of mischief makers."
