This Adorable 2-Year-Old Model with Down Syndrome Will Win Your Heart

Doctors first told Julie Britton that she had a high risk of having a baby with down sydrome during her pregnancy. Her daughter, Connie-Rose, was born two months premature, but wasn't diagnosed with Down syndrome until she was two weeks old.

Throughout it all, her parents remained unfazed. "There's so much support out there—it isn't a problem. It's just another little baby who needs to be loved," says Julie.

Connie-Rose's charming smile and bright blue eyes soon had family and friends swooning, and they suggested the new parents send her precious photos to a few modeling agencies.

Sure enough, the agencies were super interested and requested that Connie-Rose do a few test photo shoots to see how well she performed in front of the camera.

Turns out, the tot was a complete natural. "She's had so many photographs of her taken by me that she's just used to it," Britton says. Connie-Rose has snagged two different contracts already, and we're pretty certain there are more where those came from.

"The inclusiveness and equality that my family has experienced has been amazing. It's absolutely fantastic that Connie-Rose will be in the public eye—it's just so positive," gushes Julie.
