The Christian mission school for the deaf and dumb within Warri and Sapele Metropolis is appealing to the general public for support in order to be efficient in their human community development in empowering the handicapped children.

This is an organisation of the deaf by the deaf and for the deaf. The school was founded in 2006 and has long been approved by the state government as a private institution and presently have over 50 students that are learning and doing well. Some will be sitting for the Primary School Leaving Certificate Exam this year.
The teachers are well trained sign communicators that cater for the deaf children and render assistance where necessary to the deaf community.  Also, helping parents who need assistance on directions for their deaf children and settling of misunderstanding between parents and their deaf wards.
In order to help the school with their dwindling income and resources which is presently making it difficult to meet the numerous needs of the deaf children and the deaf community, the Winners’ Chapel unit Sapele paid the school a visit and presented some materials to them(Photo above).
