The Dilemma of Being Single at 30years and Above

Last week, I shared a facebook post on our weekly series the dilemma of being single at 30years and above. It's usually a tiresome situation when majority of people around you suddenly becomes Auto- detectives and psychologist without training or degree. Snooping and asking questions, they have no right to ask if you'd been married. And giving advice/guidelines they're in no position to give if you'd been married. This is like being put on a pressure cooker with no one to regulate the heat but you.
 
It may be easier if you're working, even if its snippet you're earning, the job will keep you busy and occupied. But hey!! I almost forgot, you've got your colleagues and amongst them are the prophets and prophetess Lol. At the beginning or middle of the year, they'd prophecy "this is your year" and at the end of the year it becomes "next year, it'll be your turn, it'll not pass you by hahaha. This leaves you wondering how many are actually sincere with the prophecy. (Although, there are those who genuinely care about you)
Well, that shouldn't be a burden because you've got someone, whose sincerity covers for all of them - and that's our God, the perfecter of all things. (Jeremiah 29:11). Let them continue their snoop doggy business why you continue believing God's word. Everyone has got their day. It must not be on a saturday. I've heard and seen people do it on a wednesday. Even a darling friend of mine wants it on a monday, It'll help curtail the turn up Lol! Basically disregard whatever negative opinion anyone has got. They can only dull you by their double Standard. But do learn to care for yourself and appreciate God for the worth of life. Until next week, Cheers!!!
