Don't Be Weighed Down By The Weight.

In life you can't escape stress, its just like the violin ability to produce music is based on the stress put on the strings. And as you move from one phase of life to another, the strings are more tightly pulled and you're expected to snap or buckle under it. But the strength of your will power will determine your ability to pull yourself together. You should be careful into thinking
you're carrying the world's heaviest burden. Everyone has got something they're dealing with, which some think is worst than that of every other person base on their capacity and understanding about their situation.

What's your stress? Everything that can go wrong has!
- Someone you trust betrayed you
- You're struggling financially(seriously in debt)
- You lost your job/school admission
- He/She dumped you, just before the wedding
- No job
- Your children just can't stop fighting
- You just can't cope with your present course of study. The list is endless. Everyone to its own.

When the string is tightly pulled to a breaking point, take a look at the series of choices that will add up to either quitting or staying strong. Worrying won't get you nowhere but will definitely drain your strength. Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you respond to it. Always have in mind that "life cannot be free from anxieties but you can learn to cope with it by taking control of the situation. " Challenges seem overwhelming when you look only at the size. But when you break them down into small steps and visualize yourself taking the first step, you'll be amazed at your progress. You can do something for a day that you wouldn't commit to doing for a week, month or year. And in all of it let God take the lead. You do believe in God right? Well, if you do, then you should know He will always be there for you. Cheers!
