And the Man Misplaced the Hood, is there Need to Search?

- There were days when the man brings the meat and the woman prepares the meal. 
- There were days when the man sows the seed and the woman reaps the harvest.
 - There were days when the man chases and the woman goes into hiding. 
- There were days when the man speaks and the woman listens.
- There were days when the man loves and the woman respects. 
- There were days when the man goes into battle and the woman tend to his wounds. 
- There were days when the man have esteemed God as his Lord and woman esteemed the man as her Lord.
And the man was the head of the hood.

And there are days when the man and woman are expected to have equal portion in all duties, say in all issues, fight in all battles and not to mention head(s) of the home. Yes! Somewhere; sometime the hood has been misplaced. Am I being naive in writing this? Or just trying to make us have a reflection of the biblical positions of a man and woman in order to have a better cultured and balanced society? Because most importantly, man is the foundation. It's the quality of foundation that determines the house that gets built on it. And then whatever is built that he heads. By head; he's to be who defines directions by first taking it before leading her. 

Of course! there are cases where no matter how hard he tries, he can't get her to absolute submission or "let me take care of everything" position. That's because "what happened to Mummy and aunty" is not so easily indelible. But his love and persistence is what will determine what his daughter and niece will say to their own little girls. The ladies stepped on because the men failed! End of Story or is it the beginning of a new story? And we will get more mirrored, skewed and misplaced roles, responsibilities and priorities until the men defines their hoods. Women were designed "gullible" for a reason; not to be deceived  but to be LED and I mean that in a relational angle. Though men still call themselves victims...... Of unsupportive wives, over bearing family, loose daughters etc. But it didn't happen to them: they CREATED it.
