Soldiers Allegedly Tortured a Young Man for Complementing a Female Soldier.

 According to the report:  "A Nigerian civilian who allegedly complemented a female Army officer, landed himself in 'hot soup'. He was said to have told the army officer that she was 'beautiful', instead of saying thank you or warning him, she and her colleagues took it upon themselves to punish him."
