personnel. Most of these men seems to have one thing in common. They are definitely not men in black (in Will Smith's voice) because most of them did favour white in their choice of clothes. And its glaring that it is not just with the political or wealthy men but men in all levels in this country, Nigeria tend to prefer to appear in white native attire most times. How this began or with whom it all started I'm still trying to be sure.
