"My Election was the Sweetest," says Sen. Amori During Thanksgiving Service.

The Delta Central Senatorial Representative, Senator Ighoyota Amori today appreciated God for his victory in the 2015 Senatorial election and for winning  in the two tribunals at his Hometown Church, Assumption Catholic Church, Mosogar.


Many Dignitaries including the Senate President, Sen Bukola Saraki, the Governor of Delta State, Senator. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, amongst others and Royal dignitaries from different kingdom within and outside Delta Central.

Speaking during the Thanksgiving Ceremony, Senator Ighoyota Amori says his election wasn't easy but it was the sweetest because God was with him and Him(God) alone has made him the winner of the election and the Tribunals.

However, the Senator expressed his profound gratitude to the Governor of Delta State, Gov Ifeanyi Okowa, for being a great adviser. "Gov. Okowa did for me what Napoleon couldn't do for France." He said.


Speaking further: He appreciated everyone that took the time out to vote and to appreciate|God for and with him.

He also addressed the issue of the black out being experienced by the Mosogar community over alleged non-payment of bills from 2003-2014 (11years),which was raised during the service by the Priest. He promised to work hand in hand with the King to make sure power is restored. And also promised; never to disappoint the people of the great of Delta Central.
