The Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa in his quest to help farmers, especially those affected by flood commissions rice mill and agricultural equipment of Raymos Guanah Farms Ltd at Asaba industrial estate, Ibusa Road, Asaba.
This is in part of Gov Okowa S.M.A.R.T AGENDA. He also distributes equipments to farmers such as tractors and production input.
