The retired neurosurgeon and Republican U.S. presidential candidate, Ben Carson said 'Americans are the most generous People in the World.' He made this statement why seeking for aid for South Carolina after serious flood that rendered many homeless and leaving 16 people dead,  in a Facebook post. Read after cut.

"South Carolina has seen unprecedented storms and rainfall in the last few days. The devastation has been severe in places, particularly in the Midlands and along the coast.
