Vision Revision!

There’s hardly any exam a serious minded student won’t study for and also, get to revise the notes of important points written before going into the exam hall. The importance of that exam determines how much time will be dedicated to study for it.

So is a man driven by vision. The only way to run with a vision that has been written and made plain is to study. Vision is essential for survival. And a God-given vision is conceived by faith, sustained by prayer and fuelled by God's word.
Hence, the clarity of your vision is sustained by writing it down. Habakkuk 2:2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. Bishop David Oyedepo clearly wrote down his vision known as the “winners’ mandate” thus: "The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith, and I am sending you to undertake this task."
Now, everyone has a path to thread on and a focus. A vision driven man knows it's not about what he can do, but what God can do with his life when it's fully surrendered to Him.
When God gives the vision you can believe Him for great things. If you can’t believe Him, you can’t live it. Do I seriously need to tell you how wondrously the Lord is dealing with men driven by vision? Hey! Be sincere, you do have a good idea.  Your success in any venture is determined by how important it is to you and your ability to prepare for it, for the dividing line between winning and losing is preparation they say.
A vision not written down for continuous reminder will lead to one or more of the following
Lost: Your vision has to be well defined or you’ll easily lose it. Imagine walking through a road that suddenly branched to three different directions, if you do not know where exactly you’re headed, you’d think any of the road will lead to your destination.
Stagnated: The instruction above should still help you to realise if you do not where exactly you’ve headed you’d think you’ve arrived at your destination.
Robbed: There are people who spend long time talking about their vision rather than do something about it. And the longer they talk, the more they get discouraged. And they will wake up one morning and find out that someone is running with that vision already. Someone he or she shared it with. Also, I’ve come to understand, you are not just to run with your vision but fast, though steady. Because you just might wake up one morning too to find someone doing that which you’ve being too scared to get into.

In it all remember, when you're running with vision, you careless about those ahead and care more about staying on your path because in every race, those who crossed their lane to another get disqualified. And Romans 9:16 says; so then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

Cheers!
