Well, we do not need to wait for the rich people to do the giving. From the little you have, especially the ones no longer useful to you, give out to the poor and needy around you. Even if you live in a classic environment where such people might not be found, go in search of them and I know the Lord will reward you handsomely for it as it is written in Proverbs 19:17: He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
