The Elements at Work in the Government.

Today, many are beginning to realise that continuous prayers need to be made on behalf of our nation, Nigeria. A great sense of relief enveloped majority when there was a change of course in the nation’s leadership Damascus journey. Several good will messages were delivered especially to eliminate the various elements at work in the nation’s government. The crimson burning of hope brightened the lives of people. It became full blown when the promise to fight the major element  working in the government was made and many are presently being probed and monies being recovered.

CCT Postponed Senate President Bukola Saraki’s Corruption Trial as his Lawyers Challenge Jurisdiction of Tribunal.

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki trial which was scheduled to hold today at the Code of Conduct Tribunal has been postponed by one week. This twist of turn was as a result of the submission of an application to the CCT by his lawyers under the leadership of Kanu Agabi.

Fresh Facts Expose how Ekweremadu, others Withdrew N8 billion, Laundered Funds in Failed Constitution Amendment

PREMIUM TIMES  is reporting: Fresh details have emerged on how members of the National Assembly Committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution withdrew N7.75 billion purportedly to amend Nigerian constitution.

Last week there were reports which exposed how the federal lawmakers collected the money in tranches to purportedly alter the document between 2011 and 2015, but which former President Goodluck Jonathan refused to sign into law.

Delta State Deputy Governor Accused of Sponsoring Tompolo Alleged Protest Against EFCC.

The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro, who's a relative of Tompolo is being accused of releasing N30 million to aid him in the alleged protest he intends to stag against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Friday at Warri.

This was revealed to Opuowei Brisbe  by one of the aide to the deputy governor. And each youth that's willing to join in the protest will be given a sum of N10,000 each.

Another N40billion Alleged Theft by Ex-NIMASA DG, Akpobolokemi, Uncovered by EFCC.

Patrick Akpobolokemi, a former Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, and others have been  slammed with two separate charges by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. This happened a day after he was re-arrested in front of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.

Tompolo Gave Money to Urhobo Youth Council to Help in Instigating a Protest Against EFCC - Report.

There are reports that Government Ekpemupolo popularly known as Tompolo who is currently on the run from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has given money to the Urhobo youth council UYC boys led Terry Obieh to join him and others to instigate protest against EFCC.

$1.1billion Fraud: British Judge Questions Jonathan’s Integrity, Stops Etete from Getting N17 billion

PREMIUM TIMES is reporting; A British Judge on Tuesday refused to release $85 million (N17 billion) to Malabu, a fraudulent company controlled by Nigeria’s former petroleum minister, Dan Etete.

In refusing to release the money to Malabu, Justice Edis of the Southwark Crown Court declared that he was not sure the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan acted in Nigeria’s interest when it approved the transfer of the money to Malabu.

Presidency Denies Collecting Money from Dansuki but got Two SUVs After Boko Haram Attacks in Kaduna.



President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the accusation against him by Former National Security (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki, that he received a cash of $300, 000 from him.

Dasuki was said to have disclosed this in a statement to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). But the President said he never received a kobo from the former NSA.

Fresh Criminal Charges Levied by EFCC on Dasuki, Yuguda, Bafarawa and others.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Tuesday levied fresh charges bordering on money laundering and criminal breach of trust on former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki; a former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda; a former Sokoto State Governor, Attahiru Bafarawa; Mr. Bafarawa’s son, Sagir; and others.

Dasuki’s Ex-Accounts Officer Reveals Doyin Okupe and others Received Cash from NSA.

An account officer to the former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dansuki (ret), has revealed that he frequently paid cash to a former presidential spokesman, Doyin Okupe. 


Ibrahim Idris Wambai, who held the post of accounts officer 11 in Mr. Dasuki’s Office of National Security Adviser, made the revelations in his witness statement attached to the criminal charges filed against the former NSA, a former governor of Sokoto State, Attahiru Bafarawa, a former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda, and Mr. Bafarawa’s son, Sagir.

Dokpesi: "Money I Received was For Publicity and Media in Political Campaigns."

Aleogho Dokpesi, Daar Communication (Ray Power and AIT) founder, has explained what transpired on Tuesday 1 December 2015 when the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) invited him.

In a statement signed by the management of DAAR Communications Plc, he said that around 2.00pm that day, the Ag. Chairman of the EFCC, Alhaji Ibrahim Magu, through a phone call, invited him to the Commission.

New EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu, Arrest Errant Staff over Giving False Information to the Media.

Economic and Financial Crime Commission acting chairman Ibrahim Magu, has made arrest of some of the staff who are involved in supplying the media with false and unauthourised information to dict the image of the commission.

The action was described by an insider as a 'massive clean-up of the agency.' The action of the officers is prejudicial to discipline and violates their oath of allegiance to the Commission, an official of the EFCC said.
