Snap out of it! Memories of the Past don't have to Last long.

Of course! By now you’ve learned that everyone has got a past. Now, I don’t mean the good ones. I am referring to those moments that tragically changed one's whole idea about too many things in life. That has defined the person you’ve become today and you’ve tried or trying but just can’t get through the pain. The memories are just stuck in the shadow keeping you trapped or bond.

However, the deeper you allow yourself to live in the shadow of the past the more miserable you become. Hence you need to fight and fight back and fight back until the past has been over shadowed by the present goodness and the hope of a better future by talking. Please click icon to watch video before continuation.

There’s this thing about talking, it enables one to find words to give expression to wordless emotions. This will make the individual to have a clear vision of the situation and set clear goals because everyone needs focus especially after a tragedy.
I understand how difficult it is to find someone one could trust enough to share his or her problem (s) in these present days which is believed a problem shared is half solved. Just so if you can’t find anyone simply look into the mirror and tell yourself exactly what you think you need to hear. Take a cue from the video and let everything out. Scream at yourself if you need to, so long the words come flowing out. It doesn’t matter if it means doing it by yourself, to yourself and for yourself. Just don’t bottle anything up because it will only tighten and stretch you to breaking point. You sure will get there someday if you don’t spill.
In that state, turn around, someone is waiting with open arms to take the burden and all of your pain off your shoulders. So, drop to your knees and ask the Lord Jesus for strength. And he said in Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Don’t ever forget to “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee Deuteronomy 31:6”. Cheers!
