Love has a way of adding bright spots to dark shades, keeping one from the harsh reality of what truly might exist. Basically love views things differently from the ordinary eyes. He or she might truly be special but others just cannot see it or he or she is not truly special and you just cannot see it. Either way, love just gives different meaning to things when it fills the heart and blind the eyes.

Sometime last month, We talked about rules for single ladies to keep their heart safe and got to hear about how men too have been victims of heartbreaks which turned them into the womanizer they are today. So, the argument still remains between the ladies and gentlemen who are the worse heart  breakers? That's a millennium question for you *smiles.* Ok, ladies got their rules, click here if you missed it. As each day passes by and one grows older and more knowledgeable, I've come to realize how gullible women are. It's ok, they are trying to grow thick skin but somehow there's need to protect themselves even from themselves, before the brothers. So, here are a few rules to minimize the heart break stories
amongst the single women flock.

1) Never fall in love until you're sure his first and last name belongs to him: Before you give your heart to a man for safe keeping, be sure you know his name belongs to him by double checking any of his documents(driving license, work Id card etc) you can lay hands on. If it does correspond with the name he has given to you, then atleast you can be sure you know how to identify the man.

Last week, I shared a facebook post on our weekly series the dilemma of being single at 30years and above. It's usually a tiresome situation when majority of people around you suddenly becomes Auto- detectives and psychologist without training or degree. Snooping and asking questions, they have no right to ask if you'd been married. And giving advice/guidelines they're in no position to give if you'd been married. This is like being put on a pressure cooker with no one to regulate the heat but you.

'To God who made me, I'm hanging up on the next family member or childhood neighbour that says "Sheye, go and marry." This is like the 90th time this February alone.... Haba! Marriage na by force sef? People still live normal lives without a spouse you know. When my time comes, my time don come be that. Please let's leave that to my destiny. Lol! I'm enjoying my single life and making the best use of my time.'

The Dilemma of Being Single at 30 Years and Above (Episode 2)

Let's take the exclamation mark (!) from where we stopped last week. The dreaded age 30 no lady wants to get to still single if they've got anything to do about it. For the men, it’s not the right time to settle down, until it gets above that. But before that happens, there might be feelings that can be traumatic, if not properly handled.
