What to do when you Hate your Job but cannot Quit.

The graaaa graaaaaaaa sound of the alarm slammed Julia with consciousness. She wished she could sleep on for hours, even months and only wake up when she has found another job. One, she will be happy to wake up to do. However, that is not to be because, wishes do not make people rich, find jobs, put food on their table, shelter over their heads and clothes on them. It takes work and some more work until much or greatness is achieved.

The thing about Hitting Pit Bottom.

The thing about hitting pit bottom is that, you come to realise there is no other way out expect to go up. It doesn’t matter if it is very shallow or deep, wide or narrow, wet or dry, you still can only get out by going up.  You are at your lowest point when you get to the pit bottom. There is no other option left than to get up to the next point and the next point until you are completely at the highest point.

Life Two Side Kicks.

There has to be a down pouring for there to be an uprising. Take a look at the plants, without the downpour of rain in months, they’re dead. So is the life of a man, who thinks he/she has got it all together without having God look down on or after him/her. Too many times we fail because our confidence has been built on what we know we are capable of getting done. And too many times we succeed when our confidence is built on “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13” Take note, your down pour and the sustainer of your growth comes from who or what you depend on.

Cultivate! Activate and Re-activate!!

It is not about what you have but what you do with what you have. The cassava stem that produces one or small  tuber of cassava and the one that produces big and more than one tuber during harvest were planted in the same farm, received the same care and had access to same soil nutrient. Could it have been like the way some homes were when growing up, one gets to eat together with other siblings, you must learn to eat fast, be watchful and turn your mouth to cooling van when food is hot or you’d be left unsatisfied.

Live, Strive and Thrive.

The ticking of the clock indicates the world still goes round in the usual gradual process. How? A tick makes a second, more gives minutes that makes up the hours, days, weeks, months and years. It all begins with a tick. So are the seeds in one’s hands that need to be sown and let to germinate and grow into a tree/plant to bear fruits which can then be harvested. First thing first, sow the seed; it is never about the small size.

Race to Face that ...... Challenge.

Someone once wrote these words "the only regret I have is of the battles I shouldn't have turned away from". Too many times battles are to rattle us into discovering and becoming the person we were met to be. If you don't fight for it, it can't become your right.

Dirt do not gather in a flowing river. Each moves along in the direction of flow hence, keeping the water clean, pure and transparent. However, a stagnated water gets stale as dirt have nowhere to go. With time each decomposes contaminating the water.

So, I had a very unsettling day and I truly thought I won’t be able to get to post something today especially Monday wake up call. To be needed, you need to be a knowledgeable man who can satisfy the needs, desires, cravings etc of others in more ways than one. And when I say man, I am not just talking about the male folks but every human.

Exploits in life and ministry can be accessed through divine direction. God is always committed to leading us as seen in the book  of Daniel 11:32b....  which made us to understand that; they that do know their God shall be strong and do exploit.
