Rivers Re-run: Rotimi Amaechi has Declared War on Us - PDP

The People's Democratic Party, PDP South East Senatorial District rally is presently on-going in respect to the senatorial seat re-run. Prior to this day, there has been lots of killing of both members of PDP and the All Progressive Congress, APC in which accusing fingers has been pointed at prominent individuals from the two parties. The notable ones being the State Governor, Wike Nysome and the former Governor and present Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.

The prominent speakers focused on the accusations laid on the Ogoni people in Rivers South East Senatorial District on the killings of APC members. They also accused the former Minister of killing  various PDP members  and said he has declared war on the Ogoni people. However, they encouraged everyone to come out to vote.

"There is no need for anyone to be afraid because Nigeria do not belong to APC. And promised that anyone who desired to ring the elections must be resisted". Dr Wilson Asinobi Ake said;

In responding to the 6000 security officials deployed to secure the lives and activities of the election, the former Senator of Rivers West Senatorial District, further said; "There is nothing the military can do on election day, no soldier is paid to kill".

He concluded by appreciating his excellence, Governor Wike Nysome and everyone that gathered to ensure the victory of PDP in the March 19th Senatorial Re-Run of  Rivers South East District.
