The Honourable Commissioner for works, Chief James Augoye has congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State, Dr IFEANYI OKOWA on his victory at the appeal court, He describe the verdicts as not only victory for democracy but victory for the good people of Okpe and Delta State in general, saying that the appeal court ruling has vindicated PDP and also Deltans.
Augoye made this statements when addressing newsmen just after the appeal court ruling, He describe the victory as an Xmas gift for all Deltans.
"Even if the election is conducted fifty times,Okowa will come out Victorious" Augoye Said.
He further stated that He is not surprise at the appeal court verdicts because the election that brought in Dr
IFEANYI OKOWA as Governor of Delta State was free and fair and devoid of violence which
was affirmed by the international observers.
He urged the Labour Party/All Progressive Congress Governorship Candidates to join hands with Dr Ifeanyi Okowa and contribute their quarter in the development of Delta State.
