The Storm Won’t Stop the Sun from Rising.

The bright sky suddenly turned grey and darkened. Strong cloudy waves float through, almost sweeping the earth away. Everyone scrabbled for a safe place but it came and tore the roof over the heads of people. The sound it made is almost deafening. No one could stand the force as it pulled down properties and tore open the ground. The rattles and slamming of things got in the way of escape. Yet, everyone blindly seek for safety. None wanted to be gone with the storm. Because they knew it will pass. When a new day comes, it will offer a fresh beginning, a new start to build that which had been destroyed by the storm.

When the storm chose days to ravish the earth, each morning, the sun still breaks through the thick dark sky to give light. And gradually, as fiercely as it has come, it subsides. Man stepped out of his hide out to behold the destruction, knowing there’s work to do. The process may be painful but at the end it becomes gainful. Because, man has learned, the storm doesn’t come every day and won’t last forever like the sun rises. For the stormy days, there’s need to secure a firmer shelter to with stand it. A plan put in place to survive. And how it gets to affect man at the end is his choice. Be beaten down by the storm or to rise with the sun becomes a man’s choice, not that of the storm because its part has been played.
So are the phases of life challenges. The older a man gets, the more challenging it becomes. But never forget, it is but for a while. It has a limited time. Never, let it blow you away before the sun rises. Be firm to hold on and hold out on it. The storm won’t stop the sun from rising, even if it tries. So, life challenges won’t stop you from rising. It will polish and teach you to be tough and better prepared for the days ahead. Be Strong! You are rising above the storm.
It is mid-week, get into God's house and find safety. If you live around Sapele, join us at Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel), Crudas Road, beside Okpe Community hall or you can attend any Winners Church closet to you. There is a firm shelter waiting for you in God's presence to keep you away from the storm. I love but our God loves us much more. Cheers!
