Delta LG Chairman Sues Human Activist for N500 Million over Diversion of Council Funds.

The executive chairman of Oshimili North Local Government Area,  Mr. Louis Ndukwe has sued an online human activist popularly known as 'Daddy O' Concept' for N500 Million Libel suit.

According to report, the LG Chairman sued  'Daddy O' Concept after he accused him of wrongly suspending four elected councillors because they accused him (LG Chairman) of diverting the council funds. 

Mr Ndukwe has also insisted that  'Daddy O' Concept'  will place an apology on six (6) national dailies for tarnishing his image.

According to a publication made by xclusive magazine: The miss-appropriation of funds began as a result of the agreement Ndukwe had reached that a certain percentage of the federal allocation to the local government must be paid monthly to Barrister Peter Nwaoboshi, who is alleged to be his political godfather.
