It doesn't matter if you are as vain as a Beauty queen or as deep as s female politician, women all over the world irrespective of religion or culture all crave for one special quality in a man "The God Fearing." In my opinion 'God fearing' is the most abused adjective ever coined because everybody uses it and no one seems to know what it really means. Over the years the word God-fearing has been modified to suit whoever uses the it. But what is the meaning behind the need for a God-fearing man? Na so my generation come love God reach? So, let consider reasons why ladies pray for a God fearing man.
1) If he loves God, he will love his woman; A God-fearing man to many ladies is a man that loves his woman, care and lavish money on her, if he can afford to. Infact; If he loves God , he would love her truly. There will be no stress in their relationship because the basis is on God's word.
2) He will know how to play the occasional housewife; A God fearing man is someone ladies believe can be there for them, you know the one that can play the role of wife occasionally. No hanging out with the boys, always a call away.
3) There will be no cheating; A man that has the fear of God in his heart is expected not to cheat. Because he sees cheating for what it is; 'sin' and just like Joseph (Genesis 39:9), he will not want to commit such evil towards God. If he says there's a late meeting, flat tire or otherwise, there will be no reason to doubt.
4) To brag; Some ladies are very boastful and quick to tell other ladies the husband's sainthood nature, ' my husband can never do this or that' forgetting it is not by power or might but by the spirit of God (Zechariah 4:6).
5) To easily have her way; A God-fearing man is one who always seek peace to ruin in the home and they are ready to do anything even in letting the wife win an argument to achieve such goal. They just might endure injustice from the wife until it becomes unbearable.
6) No divorce; Of course no man that is God-fearing probably mentoring children of younger generation will want to set a record of divorce. And some ladies can take that as a license to be abusive in the home (well, this will happen when the lady on her own have no right standing with God).
7) To build a peaceful home/grow in Christ; This is the greatest achievement any lady can wish for in life. A God fearing man will help make this task less difficult because of his understanding and right standing with God. He will be able to correct the lady when she makes a wrong turn and this isn't necessarily with a harsh tone but with subtle tone of love. He will build the home by assisting the lady when there's need to with chores. All to make the day to day running of the house a smooth sail. Pray together, attend services together and assist in achieving Godly goals. Cheers!
uhmmm..... well, i think a lotta ladies want a God fearing man even if the word is abused because it is safer to date a God fearing man... a man dat reli fears God won;t do any of this crap u see today....
