Riding through the Rough Road of Tough Decisions.

How rough can things get with tough decisions, it won’t matter after reading this article to help you find a balance in a world where it has become too easy to destroy rather than build;  to live on past glory rather than improve on it; to be the centre focus without the need to utilise full potentials;

Paul Oyemade has this to say to you about the roughness of tough decisions; "when you make tough decisions that sit right with the moral compass within you, that’s your conscience and you believe in the long run will be profitable to all concerned, learn to stay the course. Being successful in life  is a combination of three qualities: insight, foresight and courage. There is a place in everyone's soul where you know you are doing the right thing by taking this step, always be true to that place.
As a leader, understand, the fear of man has no place in leadership. Blinking at the noise of opposition is manifest weakness. Those who want to be in the good books of all can't lead, Jesus termed those false prophets. Always do what is in the best interest of the collective at the expense of a few who think they are in control and God will honour your intentions. "
In terms of being insightful, you must know “the human mind is like a parachute; it only functions when it's open”.

Foresight: The eyes can only see what lies ahead on a straight road but never through a bend, have faith in the Lord. Click here to read more.

Courage: When your actions are geared by fear, be sure of failure because you’ll have no time to plan to succeed. “Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful”. You can ride through the roughness of tough decisions if you don’t forget to make the Lord Jesus your anchor. In the movie ‘War Room’ I agreed with the line that says ‘the world is chaotic today because people are always fond of leaving Jesus out’. Don't do same. Hebrews 6:19, Colossians 2:5.  Have a blessed Sunday. Cheers!
